Senior Executive – Accounts

The Senior Executive – Accounts is responsible for STB revenue accounting, collection accounting, customer accounting, SAP transactions, bank reconciliations, financial reporting, lease accounting, and month-end activities while ensuring timely accounting, accurate reconciliations, compliance, and coordination with internal teams, operators, and auditors.
Daily Operations
- Update daily STB collection data from the Admin Portal.
- Process STB authorizations in MQ across all regions and approve MRNs.
- Update GSTIN details in MQ based on operator requests.
- Provide payment confirmations where payments are not reflected in Bank/ICC.
- Pass manual debit/credit entries in MQ against NEFT payments.
- Create customer master records in SAP.
- Provide Statement of Accounts and Outstanding Reports as required.
Monthly Activities
- Book Yes Bank collection entries in SAP.
- Book STB and DP STB revenue in SAP after reconciliation.
- Reconcile DP Sales Reports with MQ reports.
- Book STB collection entries in SAP.
- Prepare Monthly Collection Report, Sales Register, and Consolidated Billing & Collection Report.
- Validate STB sales with IRIS Portal.
- Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statement (Yes Bank).
- Reconcile collection files with bank transactions.
- Monitor STB debit balances in SAP.
- Process lease EMI debits and lease income booking for STB & COPE.
Quarterly & Audit Activities
- Prepare input for STB Ageing Report.
- Provide reports and schedules to auditors and internal departments.
- Support audit queries and reconciliations.
Collection Follow-up
- Follow up outstanding EMI payments.
- Send reminders for pending EMI dues.
KPIs
- Timely completion of daily and monthly activities.
- Accuracy of SAP postings and reconciliations.
- Timely BRS completion.
- Timely MIS/report submission.
- Audit compliance.
